Unfinished cozy rustic getaway just a short walk to private beach through private association on Moosehead Lake. Bring your ATV's and ride right out the driveway as Highland Ave has access to ATV trails through the center of town to West cove. Open concept, sleeps six, wood stove for heat, electricity. No Wifi but does have cell service. Amenities include; Refrigerator, oven, microwave and TV with firestick. Bring your own drinking water as there is no running water. We do have Indoor plumbing but no running water, we gather water from the lake using jugs supplied. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor activities include; Great hiking trails, ATV riding, swimming, boating, fishing. Downtown minutes away includes; A variety of shops, restaurants, and grocery store.
