Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2050 sq foot home, with amazing double decks outside with breathtaking views and waterfront access on Conesus Lake. Once you enter the home, you will be taken aback by the beautiful views of the lake as the living room and 3 season room boast large windows and sliders with easy access to the 1st level of the amazing decks. Decks:We have 2 levels of decks that display amazing views of the lake. The deck space is very large and great for entertaining and enjoying time with friends and family. We have multiple seating areas which are perfect for talking and catching up. The upper deck has 2 dining areas. One is a picnic style table w/ bench seating which is right outside the kitchen making entertaining a breeze. The other is an outdoor table that seats 7.
