I’m sure you can tell by looking at the pictures, our home is in desperate need of a remodel and refresh. We are working on that, but wanted to go ahead and offer this home to anyone needing an affordable place to stay in lieu of a hotel. The price and amenities reflect such. This home is cozy, comfy, and close to the boat ramp. A lot of people love the “older” feel to it. It is 4 miles from General Burnside State park, close to town (Somerset), and grocery stores. NO parties, smoking, or pets. There is surveillance. No third party bookings.*No third party bookings. We require a copy of the ID of whoever is booking. The person who is booking must be one who will physically be at the rental during the length of your stay. Our insurance requires this. -You are responsible for reporting the correct amount of guests in your stay. If you tell us you have 3 people, and 8 show u
