The queen-sized bed is a comfortable sleeping space for a couple, while the double sofa-sleeper provides additional sleeping space for children.The rental is located right on historic Treadwell townsite, where guests can enjoy lazy walks through the forested trails that were once the streets of a booming gold mining town. Peppered with historic buildings, informative signs, and relics from times long past, the trails wind past babbling brooks out to Juneau’s best beach where views of Gastineau channel are made all the more beautiful by a backdrop of precipitous waterfalls cascading down to the shore.
