Located in Avon, Washington, United States. Beautiful Condo ON RIVER Quiet 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on Eagle River. Condo on 3rd and 4th level. This is our home away from home and has all the personal touches. Master bedroom is secluded on the 4th floor has king sized bed, big screen TV and brand new European Glass Shower. Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed and big screen. Bunk room has 2 bunk beds and a big screen. Guest bathroom is large also with a new European Glass Shower. Kitchen is fully loaded and has a full Washer and Dryer. Wood burning fireplace in Living Room is an added bonus. Deck on 3rd level hangs out over the river. Bus stop to Either Beaver Creek or Vail is right in front of building. The majority of Mountain Stream Condo residences are owners of their properties and live their year round. It is a quiet, but, very friendly community that welcomes travelers.
