The newly renovated Jepsen Heritage Cottage, is located off State Rt. 54A at (formerly 42) 420 Crescent Beach Dr, at the northern end of the West branch of Keuka Lake about 1.5 miles from Branckport and 10 miles from Penn Yan. It is in a quiet family community with both seasonal cottages and year-round homes. Guests of the cottage will enjoy an unobstructed, picturesque view of the western branch of Keuka Lake from a 2012 rebuilt enclosed porch. This includes a view of Bluff Point and the eastern branch which is nearly 10 miles away. 2017 brought a rebuild of the entrance porch and bathroom areas. The cottage is situated on a level location from the 4 car parking area on the north, to the cottage, and then gently slopes to the water's edge.
