She retired from education after 37 years, returned to the Northwoods and opened The Inn at Lindwood in the fall of 2011. She invites you to relax, explore and create memories of your own. The original 20 acres that would become Lindwood was purchased on May 13, 1996. By the time the property was named Lindwood, the family had acquired some 40 acres of pristine timberland in Oneida County.
