It was built in 1907. It has been featured on HGTV's Rezoned. Our loft is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. It is not accessible for those who have mobility disabilities. The space is light filled with two clerestory windows that run along the length of the building. The ceiling height ranges from 13 to 25 feet. There is an enormous great room. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this floor. There are several other loft apartments and an office in this building as well. If you need additional space, it is possible to rent the downstairs area or other units in the building. Downstairs there are five additional bedrooms, two baths, and a great room with a pool table.
