The living room has sleeping for 2 more on 2 single sleeper pullout chair & halfs (more suitable for children/teens - a bit smaller than a single mattress)Apt. has a full kitchen, as well as back deck w/ bbq grill, and table with 4 chairs for outside dining for apartment use only. There is a full bath with washer and dryer. We have a few beach chairs for use along with some beach toys and a stroller for carting stuff to the beach.
