You will walk in and fall in love with the amazing view of Lake LBJ (Colorado arm). Our charming cottage is east facing and has large pecan trees to shade the upper deck of the boat dock from the afternoon heat and sun. Enjoy the swing that is down on the water. After using the BBQ grill, you can have dinner on the porch or the deck over the water. The side yard is a perfect spot to play our cornhole game. Boat slip and jet ski lift are available for use. The boat lift is for a pontoon boat. The Lily pad is also fun to pullout and use.The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds (both new mattresses). The larger of the 2 rooms has a TV/Dish. The living room is spacious with a wall of windows facing the lake. It offers a 55" TV with Dish and Netflix (other apps too, so bring your passwords). There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom has a tub/shower. The secon
