Built in 1951, the cottage has been updated throughout, while maintaining its retro charm. Our Midtown setting is close enough to wander to the local cafes and breweries while the heart of downtown is simply a 5-minute drive away.The Space:COEUR D’ALENE LOCATIONThe Sunny CDA Cottage is nestled in Midtown – only 1.4 to 2 miles from downtown, the lakeside McEuen Park, hiking at Tubbs Hill, and the beloved Sanders Beach. A number of eateries and breweries are a quick walk away: Linden Coffee, The Breakfast Nook, Outpost Brewing, Daft Badger Brewing, and Syringa Japanese Cafe & Sushi Bar. Around town, enjoy the downtown farmer’s market on Wednesday evenings (May-September) or ArtWalk events on the second Friday of each month.
