Fully equipped kitchen, family room, patio, laundry room with washer and dryer, and garage.Walking distance to most of the community amenities including, family pool with a lazy river and water slides and lap pool and lounge pool. the tennis courts, outdoor basketball, tot lots, bocce ball, putting green, club house, game room for kids and teens. The community also has a recreation barn with indoor basketball and pickle ball, walking / biking trails and herb garden, fire pit and marina for Crabbing, fishing, canoe or Kayaking. Drive or take the community Shuttle to Bethany Beach (4 miles) 4 or 5 days a week.
