This unit is on the back of the building facing West (limited ocean view - "peek-a-boo") and has a very nice balcony for relaxing and watching the sunset. Includes two/three parking spaces, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding. A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order. Sorry, no pets allowed because of HOA regulations.
