It is a romantic 1931 landmark home located in the heart of Springdale, Utah with beautiful gardens and shade trees offering easy access to the Park entrance, shuttle stops, shops and restaurants.The Sandstone Suite is our newest addition to Under The Eaves Inn and is split in to two levels. The "sandstone" is a reference to the oversized sandstone blocks that make up the foundation walls of the historic Inn. It comprises a California King bed, sitting area and full master bath with clawfoot tub and full shower in the basement. This is not your ordinary basement. It has 8ft ceilings and large windows offering lots of light. The downstairs area stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
