Quiet and secluded 3 bedroom/ 3 bath home located on the water in Port Haywood (five miles from downtown Mathews). Watch the beautiful sunsets from the backyard, screened porch, and large private dock. Fish, crab, or use the floating dock to launch kayaks or paddleboards. 2 night minimum stay required. All rentals require a rental agreement to be signed with a copy of the renters valid ID.The home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and one twin with a trundle. There is also a pullout couch in the den that converts to a double bed. The home comfortably sleeps six (2 of whom should be children in the twin trundle bed). The pullout sofa bed can sleep 1-2 more persons but will require the use of the den/family room as a bedroom, which will limit access to the back patio. Unfortunately, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed on property. Guests can trailer their boats to local public ramps or marinas to launch and recover.
