Located in Savannah, Texas, United States. George Baldwin House Garden Apartment The George Baldwin House was constructed in 1887. Designed by architect William Gibbons Preston. This was the first commission for Preston who later went on to design many of the most famous and impressive Savannah landmarks such as the Cotton Exchange. This home is largely original and rustic on the interior. The low price reflects that aspect of the unit interior but the incredible house and great location certainly are impressive.
