It is a great location for walks along the Scenic road path that follows the coast line. Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are views of the beach and ocean from inside the house.The entire living space is on one floor with no steps. It has a very large yard and ample parking. Two cars can park in the driveway.There is a beach access path directly across the street.July 1, 2023 is the first time my wife and I have offered our La Casita property on VRBO.If you have someone in your party that has trouble going up steps, there is a back entrance to the property that has no steps...just a flat walk into the house.
