Pellet stove for radiant heat in the winter. Views of the bluffs across the river. Best WiFI available in area. The train carrying silica from the mine passes by about 2x a day. Just about at the end of the road so very little passer-by traffic. Fantastic neighborhood to walk around and visit. Our guests regularly report making great memories and new friends with the warm and lovely full-timers that live in this neighborhood.**There are steps to enter the main level of the property.
