The apartment is just a hop, skip, and jump from Pantana Bobs, Med Deli, 411 West, Carolina Brewery, Panera, and Target. Also, the apartment is less than a mile from Weaver Street market in Carrboro in one direction and TOPO, He’s Not Here, and the Carolina Coffee Shop in the other direction. A little farther, but a beautiful walk through campus takes you to the iconic Old Well, UNC Student Stores, the Pit, Kenan Stadium, The Dean Smith Center, and UNC Hospitals. Parking is on-site, but there is only ONE PARKING SPOT for the apartment. On weekday evenings after 5 pm you may pay to park across the street at the UNC IT Services building, or for no cost on Saturdays and Sundays.
