We've set up this rental for stay and play opportunities. It is perfect for the family or group who wants to enjoy time together without dealing with crowded settings at more tourist driven spots. On site there will be 3 Kayaks, a 16' canoe, a pool table, a professional style dart board, several televisions, a gaming console, a large book and video library, and a collection of board games. Access to the river is currently through a community dock and boat ramp just three houses down for boats up to 21', and you can launch the kayaks or canoe right off the kayak launch. There is a pier in the back yard that leads to a brand new dock with boat lifts for a pontoon and v-hull boat. Boat lift usage must be arranged beforehand. This house has just had a top to bot
