Located in Shingletown, California, United States. Cottage #3 near a Creek & Pond on Mt. Lassen Beautiful 2 bedroom rustic cottage with a wood stove located in the Shingletown California woods yet just off the main HWY 44. Lassen National Park is about 15 minutes away. The large wooded property borders a creek and has a pond with fish, frogs and turtles. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a queen 4 post cherry wood bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and 1 bunk bed. The large living room has a wood fire stove (please be advised to keep children and pets away from the wood stove, outside fire pit and bbq as they present a risk of possible burns if touched while hot), TV (no cable) & a DVD player with about 20 random movies. Full size kitchen equipped with dishware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot. A full size bathroom with a tub & separate walk-in shower.Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible.
