There is only one set of 5 steps from the house to the large dock and double boathouse. The yard is perfect to set up a game of croquet, badminton, or corn hole (all provided). It’s a nice area for kids to run around or set up their camping hammocks (bring your own) in the trees which provide some welcome shade in the afternoons.
