It has a pier for fishing and a place to dock your boat.The master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom 1 has queen size bed, and guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.The main living area has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats six comfortably. Great view of the sunset on a covered porch.The house has: Wifi, grill w/ propane provided, boat dock, four TV's with YouTube TV, two crockpots, Keurig Duo, blender. Owner does not allow guest to use the boat lift or the cargo lift
