These apartments have a large studio apartment and full size kitchen and a downstairs King Bed. The studios can sleep 2-4 max, we only allow a max of 4 guests. These apartments are typically booked by long term guests and have had a lot of turnover. The furniture is less than 5 years old but starting to show its age. Our most common complaints are noise and smells from neighbors, fire alarm in rare cases, neighborhood off the freeway, occasional pests like ants during the summer months and the locks needing battery changes.
