The studios can sleep 2-4 max, we only allow a max of 4 guests. These units are generally booked by long term guests and have had a lot of turnover. The furniture is less than 5 years old but starting to show its age. Our most common complaints are noise and smells from neighbors, neighborhood off the freeway, occasional pests like ants during the summer months and the locks needing battery changes. The carpet is showing its age and may have varying levels of staining. We are changing over to hard flooring over time but your assigned unit will most likely have carpet. Gu
