Sleeps 8 comfortably - with 1 king, I queen and 2 twin beds (can convert to a King)... and a queen sofa bed in upstairs entertainment room *(can sleep 10 with queen blow up mattress)*. Large open kitchen, dining and living areas- 2 awesome patios with lake views, fire pit and gas grill! Marina close by for easy boat rentals. Kayaks, fishing poles and SUP available upon request.
