Parking is limited to two assigned spots, one a short walk from the cottage and another about a 5 min walk. This creates a unique environment that is great for a family with kids. Originally built in 1924, this home was nicely renovated in 2010. The update included many modern amenities, such as new appliances in the kitchen. We replaced the windows in early 2018, along with a new furnace and central air (additional charge for A/C usage.) Originally called the Chicago Cottage, we have renamed it Kirkwood Cottage.
