The lake has a sandy bottom and is shallow a long way out, which makes it nice for wading and also the sun warms the shallow water early in the year. It is completely furnished. You will have access to 2 kayaks, gas grill, DVD's and player, books, puzzle and games. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and catch nightly sunsets in the privacy of your own home. You may decide to never leave the hammock.
