The view, located high on the bluff looking down on the river and fields, is so breath taking. Cotter, the Trout Capital of America, is minutes from Bull Shores and Norfolk lakes. All though there is no river access from the bluff, the Cotter boat dock, bank fishing and White Sands Cafe are about five minutes away. You can fish the river or lakes (20 minutes) or just sit on the large deck or eat in the screened back porch. We think the view and setting around the fire pit are as much fun as catching Browns and Rainbows. Also, a day trip to Branson (1 hour 20 minutes) is a good break.
