We no longer allow quick turns (guests arrive on the same day as last guest depart) between rentals. Our minimum is 28 hours between rentals to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitation. We follow CDC guidelines which includes wiping down all commonly touched surfaces including lockbox, door knobs, light switches, TV controls, bath and kitchen fixtures, etc. Every countertop is disinfected with a spray sanitizer and allowed to air dry.
